Omae Wa Mo Oshare Ja Nai

“Omae Wa Mo Oshare Ja Nai” – Detroit Metal City ~ep09

Omae wa mo shinde iru

In Sawai Sperman Takeshi’s movie Nobire, “Omae Wa Mo Oshare Ja Nai” (You’re already unfashionable) is a parody of “Omae wa mo shinde iru” (You’re already dead), the Kenshirou’s famous catchphrase from Hokuto no Ken.

Oshare

Oshare means “stylish” or “fashionable”. It also means to dress stylishly. It follows Japanese street fashion and is usually modeled by Oshare-Kei male rock band members but usually is worn by female consumers.
