The Tower of Progress was built by the generous King Nimrod for Babil, an alien explorer lost on Earth. Now, with the help of Ropross/Loplass, Poseidon and Rodem/Rhodem, Babil II (Koichi) will save the Earth from the hands of the evil Yomi.
