The phrase “What would Haruhi do?” (often abbreviated to WWHD) became popular in the world in the mid 2000s as a personal motto for thousands of Haruhiists who used the phrase as a reminder of their belief that Haruhi is the example to be followed in daily life, and to act in a manner of which Haruhi would approve. The initialism WWHD is sometimes used by Haruhists to mean “Walk with Haruhi daily“.
