The Bakushuukai, a supporting group of the Media Enhancement Committee, took in hostage commander of Kantou Library Corps, Imanine Kazuichi, and his young aid, Iku Kasahara.
In exchange for the lives of the two hostages, books and documents recently protected by Kantou Library Corps must be destroyed.
But Kantou Library Corps will protect all the books from so-called “Human Rights” terrorism and dictatorial censorship !
